Quincy Foil White

"Quincy does a superb job for Central Piedmont Community College through her leadership of the CPCC Services Corporation. The CPCC Services Corp., a nonprofit 501c3 organization, is dedicated to supporting the college through the development of entrepreneurial products and services.

The Services Corp. promotes entrepreneurialism among faculty and staff by investing start-up funds to launch innovative and results-oriented projects, which align with college core objectives, serve the greater Charlotte community and generate revenue. Key programs of the Services Corp. include the Harris Conference Center, CPCC Press, Collegiate Test Prep, the Center for Applied Research, and STEM Summer Experience. Under Quincy's leadership and direction, each of these programs has grown, flourished and given the college additional and much needed revenue.

Quincy is effective in many roles, working as a director/administrator, sales person, marketer, consensus builder and visionary. She plays a unique and critical part in the success of CPCC and its ability to fulfill its mission of higher education and workforce development."

"Quincy and I worked together in her efforts to bring the arts into our school system, so that all students -regardless of socioeconomic status- could benefit from exposure to the arts. Quincy made it her mission to increase the arts awareness and enjoyment for the Cabarrus County Students. She was great with her collaboration skills, creativity, and management. She conducted professional board presentations, and had the unique talent of aligning many diverse thinkers in order to get the results she wanted - wonderful programs for our students. I always enjoyed her telephone calls and the resulting benefits for our students. I highly recommend Quincy Foil."
