Quincy Foil White

Quincy Foil White, a native of the Charlotte, N.C. region, brings a broad and successful business background of more than 25 years in marketing, public relations and development to the CPCC Services Corporation. During her tenure, the Services Corporation has doubled in both size and scope, generating more than $3.1 million in annual revenue.

Before joining CPCC, she led Charlotte Concerts (formely Carolinas Concert Association), the oldest presenting arts organization in Charlotte as executive director. As an entrepreneur, she founded and served as president of The Arts Experience, a nonprofit organization, where she won national and state awards for its innovative approach to arts education.

Quincy has a passion for philanthropy and currently serves as chairman of one of North Carolina's top 100 foundations, and as a trustee of The Crossnore School in Crossnore, N.C. She is also a member of the Leadership NC - Class of XXIII and the Rotary Club of Charlotte. Past board appointments include the Nancye F. Markle Charitable Trust for Children (chairman), the Cabarrus County Community Foundation (an affiliate of Foundation for the Carolinas) and Child Care Resources.

Quincy is the recipient of the CCBO 2014 Exemplary Practice Award and the NC Governor's Award for outstanding volunteer service. She is a graduate of Peace and Meredith Colleges in Raleigh, N.C., earning degrees in piano performance. She also served as an intern for the United States Senate.
